Less-than-truckload (LTL) shipping combines freight from several shippers in one trailer. It suits shipments of one to several pallets that do not need a whole truck. There is no minimum truck commitment.

Rates are based on weight, freight class and lane. Freight class comes from the National Motor Freight Classification and depends mostly on density, so accurate pallet dimensions and weights give an accurate quote.
How it moves
Your pallets are grouped with compatible freight on the same lane and move on a scheduled run with a committed transit window. You can track the shipment from pickup through delivery, and proof of delivery is provided on completion.
What to send for a quote
Send the pickup and delivery addresses, the ready date, the number of pallets, the length, width, height and weight of each pallet, the commodity and freight class if you know it, and whether either end needs a liftgate or a delivery appointment.
